Through Fetch Strategies and Pipeline Prep, Karen coaches, consults, and works hands on with individuals, teams and businesses on strategy and development so they may confidently launch their entrepreneurial endeavors and grow their businesses. Karen most recently developed a pre-accelerator called EtA Launch Hub, including a comprehensive guidebook and digital video channel for acquisition entrepreneurs, seeking momentum to launch their search for a business to buy. Karen also co-founded Searchfunder, the largest collaborative community for entrepreneurial acquisitions. Karen is dedicated to supporting BIPOC individuals, women and other underrepresented aspiring entrepreneurs.

Karen received her Master of Science in Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Karen is a registered patent attorney, receiving her B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Chemical Engineering. She is also a member of the California and Oregon state bars
