Today Tremain is the CEO of Think PGC, a nonprofit social impact consulting firm, which builds community engagement models that drive economic development through innovation. He works around. the country creating pathways for all stakeholders to engage meaningfully and equitably in the regions they serve. Tremain works with corporations, colleges and universities, local governments, and other nonprofits.

Tremain is also the Chief Strategy Officer of University Startups, an Ed-Tech firm based in Maryland. Their mission is to use A.I. powered educational programming to empower 3 million learners to either go to college or gain the skills needed for higher levels of employment. The technology focus areas are college readiness, workforce development and social entrepreneurship. University Start Ups is currently in six states and serves about 30,000 students.
