Focused on servant leadership, Ryaan Alexander Boyd is currently a Program & Growth Manager for his company, GovTech X, which operates at the center of innovation and culture for government digital transformations.

He began his career at Oracle in business development for the public sector then transitioned into product management at Accenture and Deloitte Digital where he focused on digital transformation and leading software development teams for Fortune 100 companies nationwide and federal agencies in Washington, D.C. such as CMS, VA, NSF, and USDA with contracts totaling over $150 million to enhance the digital citizen experience.

Boyd is also the author of “The Culture Fit: The Black Millennial’s Guide to the Tech Industry” and was a number one seller on Amazon. He gives back to his community through serving as an advisory board member for the Arlington Economic Development Commission and is the founder of the business network, Black Gov Tech, based out of Washington, D.C. for tech professionals advancing careers and entrepreneurship.

Most importantly, he is a proud father to a four- year old daughter and loves learning about history, mentoring, expanding his music library, and playing basketball in his spare time.
